Mexican by birth and conviction. Cook by training, graduated from ICUM, Maître d´hôtel from the IFE of Madrid, Diploma from the Lycée Hôtelier de
Monte-Carlo and Sommelier by the AMS, dedicated to cooking by vocation and by love of art.
Passionate about Mexico, its aromas, its colors, its people and their social expressions turned into gastronomy. Mexican cuisine is my life, passion and source of inspiration.
