Ricardo Enrique Bello Bolio

Ricardo Enrique Bello Bolio, is a Civil Engineer from the Faculty of Engineering of the Autonomous University of Yucatán, has a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from the Faculty of Education of UDAY, the Specialization in Teaching of the same faculty and studies of the Specialization in Finance, Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the UADY.
He was Secretary General of the Autonomous University of Yucatán and General Director of Planning of the same, He was Rector of the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana de Yucatán.
General Director of Higher Education of the State of Yucatán. He is currently Director General of Research and Innovation of the Secretariat of
Research, Innovation and Higher Education of the Government of the State of Yucatán.
As a postgraduate professor, he has worked in the areas of: pedagogical development, didactics, planning and institutional evaluation and management of organizations. He has developed activities for the design and evaluation of the educational model of the Technological Universities and has been a member of evaluation bodies institutional among which the CIEES, CACEI and CGUTyP stand out.
