Paola Flores Hernández

Paola is a Master in Socio-environmental companies from the University of the Environment and a BA in Institution Administration from the ESDAI of the Universidad Panamericana.
She has more than 7 years of experience working in different socio-environmental projects related to reducing waste, circular economy, sustainable restaurants, working with small producers and sustainable supply chain, both as an independent consultant and in collaboration with different companies such as: Jose Cuervo and Herdez Group.
He is currently Manager of Social Responsibility and Environmental Management of the CMR restaurant chain, with brands such as: Red Lobster, Restaurante el Lago, Wings, among others. Which, together with the purchasing area, has managed to gradually transform the company’s supply strategy, with sustainable fishing and aquaculture being one of the main axes
