It carries out research focused on integrating the knowledge obtained in the study of the development of the larvae and juveniles of marine fish, their environmental and nutritional requirements, their digestive capacity, and combining it with the technology of production of diets and cultivation methods, to achieve development of diets and protocols that allow successfully cultivating the larvae and also replacing the use of live food in the cultivation of marine fish.
