Graduate in Oceanology from the Faculty of Marine Sciences UABC in 1995.
Professor at UABC from 2008 to 2015; He was also President of the State Committee of Aquatic Health and Safety of Baja California; and the
National Ostrícola Council.
In the private sector it has been developed in various companies all involved with Aquaculture; highlighting the development of various technical feasibility studies and technological development, manifests of environmental impact; and various HACCP Plans for the management and packaging of aquaculture species.
