Isaac Gherson

Responsible for the strategic direction of the aquaculture unit, based on sustainable farming of species from the Amazon for Rainforest Aquafarms company. Additionally, he was responsible for the strategic direction for the aquaculture business unit working with paiche fish for Cementos Pacasmayo group. He worked in this group with the vertically integrating production, farming and fattening of paiche fish fry, in a sustainable way, as well as commercialization and internationalization.

From the year 2000 to 2010 he was in charge of the start-up’s birth and the strategic direction of Industrias de Alimentos Conservados, S.A.C., a company with Peruvian capitals that focuses in processing and packing of agro-industrial and fishing products, specializing in “fast food” dishes.
