Descendant of a family of artisanal fishermen in a small port in the Gulf of Mexico called Isla Arena in the state of Campeche, from a very young age he learns to live with the sea learning sustainable fishing techniques, transmitted by his family, marveling at his wealth and diversity of
species, their ancestors transmit the importance and knowledge of the traditional cuisine of their locality,
respecting the nature and the product.
In May 2016, he associates with Edwin star (little brother) to open his first seafood gastro-restaurant called kraken haute cuisine of the sea where a good palate could discover the true meaning of what is from the sea to your table, create a diverse author's menu and attractive offering traditional seafood dishes from the Yucatan Peninsula and Campeche respecting the temporalities of each species and contributing to the fisheries sustainability of the region.
