Álvaro de Tomás Kutz

Alvaro De Tomas Kutz has worked in the importation and distribution of seafood for 18 years, building on extensive field experience while working alongside with the aquaculture and academic sector giving classes for over 20 years.
He has played a key role in his organization as founder of his own company and recently sold it to a private equity fund.
His experience in the distribution of fish and shellfish is across all sectors, retail, whole sale, foodservice, and end customers.
He has imported from all around the globe and has also developed value added products such as smoked products, carpccios, mexican based products such a ceviches, burritos, pastor among others.
Additionally, he is co-founder of a trout farm and processing plant in Michoacán.
